Today I will share a very simple recipe for incredibly delicious mackerel in paprika on coals — a real culinary discovery for me, which I wanted to repeat again and again.

Well marinated in a mixture of paprika, garlic, herbs and vegetable oil mackerel fillet is very quickly and easily cooked on the coals or in extreme case on a steak pan or in a home grill. Mackerel 3 pcs.

Paprika 1 tsp.

Granulated garlic 1/2 tsp.

Provence herbs 1/2 tsp.

Salt 1 tsp.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.

Slightly defrosted mackerel cut into fillets. Do it with a sharp long knife. If possible, remove the bones. Rinse the fish well.
