All housewives (especially of the older generation), of course, know the classic recipe for French-style meat. But this method of preparation is very different: firstly, we will pre-fry the meat on a frying pan and only then bring it to readiness in the oven together with the stuffing. Well, the stuffing is fried to golden onions, juicy pickles, crunchy sweet peppers, and, of course, how without melted ruddy cheese cap? Remember the recipe for delicious meat! Recipe for French-style meat with pickles:
Cut the meat into portioned pieces, just under 1cm thick.
Beat with a mallet on both sides, salt and pepper.
Fry the meat chops in a little oil until golden on both sides.
While the meat is frying, get on with the vegetables. We cut the onions into thin quarter rings, the peppers and pickles into straws. Then fry the onions until golden in a frying pan in oil.
Place the roasted chops on a baking tray, brush with mayonnaise.
Spread the fried onions evenly on top.
Next we lay the pickles on top of the meat.
And bell peppers.
Sprinkle the French-style meat with cucumbers on top with grated cheese.
We send it to the preheated oven (180 C) for about 15-20 minutes.
