The former singer has fine-tuned her diet to the gram and strictly adheres to it. Her breakfast consists of two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a glass of warm lemon water. After that, she eats a bowl of chia seeds, fruits, and plant-based milk or makes a smoothie from apples, kiwi, lemon, spinach, broccoli, and chia seeds.

The key foods are avocado and slices of salmon. Victoria doesn’t allow herself any indulgences. Now it’s clear why she always stays so slim.

According to experts, with excess weight, one can lose up to five kilograms on such a diet, but it’s better to resort to healthier weight loss methods.

As reported by The Mirror, Victoria eats avocado every day to provide her body with monounsaturated fats, vitamin E, and antioxidants that prevent aging and benefit the skin.
