It seems there’s a common thread between Britney Spears and Janet Jackson—they both had issues with Justin Timberlake at some point. According to  Mirror, 57-year-old Janet has decided to support 41-year-old Britney.

The most painful moments in Britney’s relationship with Justin came back into focus after the release of her autobiography, «The Woman Inside Me.» Britney was devastated after their breakup in 2002, and Justin fueled the narrative, claiming that the «Toxic» singer broke his heart by cheating on him.

Two years later, Janet faced humiliation when Justin exposed her breast during their Super Bowl halftime performance, leading to a sharp decline in Janet’s reputation and career, while Justin thrived without facing significant consequences.

A source mentioned, «Janet and Britney are still criticized, and Janet reached out to her—for support and encouragement. Britney was shocked at how Janet was treated at the Super Bowl; she felt the attack was from the same PR machine that discredited her.

They both think he (Justin) got away with it. They share a common experience, and Janet wanted Britney to know she is there for her.»

Justin, 42, has apologized to both singers: «I am deeply sorry for the times in my life where my actions contributed to someone else’s pain. I especially want to apologize to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson, both individually, because I care for and respect these women, and I know I failed.»

His apologies came after the release of the documentary «Framing Britney Spears» by The New York Times, which shed light on how Justin’s actions contributed to the media mistreatment of Britney. However, considering Britney’s recent revelations, it seems that his apologies fell short for the singer.
