No one will refuse these appetizing buns. With a minimum of ingredients, but what a delicious result! Treat yourself to this wonderful baked goodness.

Ingredients for buns:

250 g flour (1 heaped cup + 4 tbsp);

1 egg white;

1 tbsp butter;

2.5 tbsp vegetable oil;

170 ml milk (3/4 heaped cup);

30 g sugar (1 heaped tbsp);

8 g dry yeast;

filling (1 tsp per bun) — jam and custard cream.

Dissolve sugar, yeast, butter, and vegetable oil in warm milk. Add the egg white, mix. Sift in the flour, knead a soft dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough «rise» in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Roll out into a layer, cut into long strips, 2-3 cm wide.

Roll the long strip into a spiral, pinching the edge from below.

Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In the center of each bun, place 1 tsp jam and squeeze a circle of custard cream from a pastry bag. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

When serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. You need a minimum of ingredients to bake such fluffy and appetizing buns!
