Megan Fox shared details of a tragic situation. The renowned Hollywood actress opened up about experiencing a miscarriage at 10 weeks of pregnancy for the first time in her poetry collection, «Pretty Boys Are Poisonous,» as reported by People. In several poems, Fox revealed the loss, which occurred after an ultrasound had already indicated she was expecting a girl. The revelation of the miscarriage was a traumatic experience for her.

«I want to hold your hand, hear your laughter, but now I must say, ‘Goodbye,'» wrote Megan in her verses. Following the miscarriage, she underwent a painful dilation and curettage procedure.

The actress didn’t specify the exact timing of her miscarriage. However, in 2022, her fiancé, rapper Machine Gun Kelly, dedicated the track «Twin Flame» to their unborn child during the Billboard Music Awards.

Currently, Megan is raising three children with actor Brian Austin Green—Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7.
