Nevertheless, Kanye has announced plans to build the city of DROAM in the Middle East, although he hasn’t specified the exact location. It’s noted that the city will span an area of 100,000 acres—twice the size of New York City. West is actively recruiting staff, calling on project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and builders to join this ambitious venture.
