Chicken and Olive Salad


Chicken breast — 2 pieces

Olive oil — 2 tablespoons

Salt and pepper — to taste

Tomatoes — 2 pieces

Cucumbers — 1-2 pieces

Sweet pepper — 1 piece

Lettuce leaves — 1 bunch

Pitted olives — 1/2 cup

Feta cheese — 150 g

Lemon juice — 2 tablespoons

Fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley) — for garnish


  1. Wash the chicken, season with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, or cook them in a pan. Slice the cooked chicken into strips.
  2. Finely chop tomatoes, cucumbers, and sweet pepper. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet pepper, chicken strips, feta cheese, and olives.
