To prepare the apple charlotte, you will need common ingredients, including flour, chicken eggs, and granulated sugar. The dough is kneaded using fermented baked milk. The resulting charlotte will be tender in taste, with apple slices sprinkled with aromatic cinnamon.

Fermented baked milk — 1 cup
Sugar — 1 cup
Eggs — 3 pieces
Flour — 2 cups
Baking powder — 2 teaspoons
Apples — 2 pieces
Cinnamon — 2 pinches
Butter — 15 grams
