Bruce Willis’ wife posted a touching message on their 16-year wedding anniversary

Bruce Willis and his wife, Emma Heming, are celebrating their 16th wedding anniversary.

Heming shared a photo on Instagram where she is kissing Willis on the cheek, saying, ’16 years with this special man. My love and adoration for him only continue to grow.’

The couple got married in 2009 and has two daughters, Mabel and Evelyn.

Earlier, Heming also posted about how challenging it can be to celebrate such a milestone in their relationship due to the health issues of the ‘Die Hard’ actor. She shared a video expressing that she was able to ‘cry it out’ with a close friend.

“It’s very important to have someone you can trust with your feelings, instead of just holding them in,” Heming said.

In February, Willis’s family, including Heming, his ex-wife Demi Moore, and his daughters, announced that the actor has been diagnosed with a form of dementia called aphasia. Since then, Heming has been openly sharing her journey as Willis’s primary caregiver on social media, noting that holidays and anniversaries are particularly challenging. She also mentioned receiving ‘countless messages of love and support because Bruce is so loved,’ and these messages help her feel ‘less alone.’
