Crispy Turkey Salad with Croutons — this is the most delicious combination of roasted meat, juicy tomatoes, crispy lettuce, and croutons.
Marinated roasted turkey fillet on a romaine lettuce salad with vegetables is what you need for a hearty lunch or dinner with your loved ones.
Ingredients
Turkey fillet — 2 pieces (approximately 300 g)
Black pepper — 2 pinches
Soy sauce — 4 tablespoons
Sunflower oil — 2 tablespoons
Salad leaves — 2 handfuls
Cherry tomatoes — 10 pieces
Croutons — a handful
Chicken eggs — 2 pieces
Salt — to taste
Homemade mayonnaise — 3 tablespoons
Parmesan cheese — 2 tablespoons (grated)
Step-by-step recipe
Step 1 Rub 300 g of turkey meat (2 fillets) with two pinches of black pepper and 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Soy sauce will marinate the meat well, soften it, and make it juicy. Fry the meat in sunflower oil until golden brown and cooked through (about 15 minutes).
Step 2 Meanwhile, wash and dry the salad leaves on a towel. Then, finely chop the leaves and place them on a flat plate.
Step 3 Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, cool under cold water, peel, and cut in half.
Step 4 Place the roasted turkey fillet, cut into pieces, on the salad leaves. Arrange cherry tomatoes and eggs next to it, dressed with mayonnaise.
Step 5 Serve the salad sprinkled with finely ground pepper, salt, garnished with croutons, and generously grated Parmesan cheese. It is better to serve immediately to prevent the croutons from getting soggy. Enjoy your meal!
