1 liter milk

4 eggs

150g butter

1/2 cup sugar

6 tablespoons flour

a pinch of vanilla sugar


In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, flour, and vanilla sugar.

Mix the mass well and pour milk into it. Place it on the stove.

Cook the cream, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Let it cool slightly and add the butter. Stir.
