Ingredients:
1 kg of meat (beef, pork, chicken breast or turkey — according to your preference)
For the marinade:
2 kiwis
2 red bell peppers
4 onions
salt, pepper, ground coriander — to taste
Preparation:
Any kebab, even if cooked in a multicooker, of course, starts with marinade. Since this dish is already unusual, let’s make a corresponding marinade. So, first remove the skin from the kiwis and peel 2 onions. Now put them together in a blender and blend well until a homogeneous sauce is formed.
It is worth noting that kiwi has the property of retaining the juice of the meat inside, as well as softening it. Thus, our kebab will simply melt in the mouth!
Cut the red sweet bell pepper into large rings, and the remaining two onions into rings.
Now wash our meat well, then cut it into pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and rub it with ground coriander. Then add the previously made sauce from onions and kiwi, as well as the sliced bell pepper and onion. Mix everything well and put it in the refrigerator to marinate (for about 2-3 hours).
After that, put our marinated meat in the multicooker (together with the marinade) and set the «Bake» mode (cooking time — 45 minutes).
Well, the juicy, golden brown kebab is absolutely ready!
Before serving on the table, you can garnish the dish with freshly chopped herbs!
Enjoy your meal!
