omemade chicken sausages: now I don’t even go near the sausage section in the store

Chicken fillet — 500 g

Egg — 1 pc.

Butter — 50 g

Milk — 100 ml

Salt — to taste

Ground black pepper — 2 pinches

Ground paprika — 0.5 tsp

Coriander — 0.5 tsp


Prepare the ingredients for the sausages. Thoroughly wash the meat.

Cut the meat into pieces and pass it through a meat grinder or food processor. During the process, add a piece of butter and continue mixing the meat.

Add the raw egg, paprika, ground black pepper, ground coriander, salt, and milk. Mix thoroughly.

Spread plastic wrap on the table, place two tablespoons of the mince, and roll up the wrap like a candy.

Try to tightly roll the sausages to remove as much air as possible, so the products will turn out even and beautiful. Tie the ends with string.

Pour cold water over the sausages and bring to a boil, simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.

Fry the cooked sausages in a teaspoon of butter or vegetable oil until golden brown.
