Take a jar of canned peas and 3 eggs – and here is the recipe for a brilliant salad that is prepared quickly and tastes delicious!
Ingredients
180g canned peas
1 carrot
3 eggs
1 clove of garlic
1 bunch of dill
1 green onion
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp 9% vinegar
1 tsp mustard
200 ml vegetable oil
Preparation:
Drain 70ml of water from the canned peas, leaving the peas in the salad bowl.
Grate the carrot finely.
Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them into small cubes.
Add the grated carrot and eggs to the peas in the salad bowl.
Press the garlic, finely chop the dill and green onion. Add to the salad.
Season with ground black pepper to taste.
In a deep bowl, mix the liquid from the canned peas, vinegar, salt, and mustard. Blend with an immersion blender for 40 seconds.
Gradually add the vegetable oil, continuing to blend for another couple of minutes.
Add the sauce to the salad and mix thoroughly.
