Former senior advisor to Melania Trump, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, believes that the marriage of the former First Lady with Donald Trump is in jeopardy because his behavior appears to have changed.

«Let me summarize. Perception is everything for the Trump family, so Donald’s lack of ‘chivalry’ towards Melania is quite telling,» wrote the author of the book «Melania and Me» on her microblog X.

«Donald’s chivalry was about waiting for Melania to go first and ensuring she walked beside him. Lately, he does neither,» noted Wolkoff, posting an old video where the 77-year-old Donald puts his hand on Melania’s back, letting her go ahead. Then more recent footage of the former president was shown, where he repeatedly walked ahead of his wife, leaving her several steps behind.

Some users agreed with Wolkoff. «Melania and Trump despise each other. He feels physical repulsion towards her and shows no interest in her»; «He treats her like a servant»; «People pay too much attention to things. This family has been through hell from the media and the judicial system.»

Earlier, Melania referred to Wolkoff as an «opportunist» after the release of her memoir «Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with the First Lady.»

«This is a woman who secretly recorded our phone conversations, quoting excerpts out of context, and then wrote a book of empty gossip, trying to distort my character,» Melania said at the time.
