Shakira accused her ex of ‘dragging her down’ and demonstrated her resilience and strength in a music video for her new track

Shakira demonstrated her resilience and strength in the music video for her new track. The 47-year-old award-winning artist released “Entre Paréntesis” featuring Grupo Frontera from her 12th studio album “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran.”

In the video, directed by Mike Ho, Shakira gets to work in an auto repair shop before performing with her band. Inviting one of the audience members onto the stage, she engages in an energetic dance routine.

Last week, the singer released a video with Cardi B called “Puntería,” which has already been viewed over 6.5 million times.

The album has amassed 6.4 billion streams worldwide and showcases the power of music, turning even the toughest experiences into precious moments.

In an enthusiastic review, Variety wrote, “Shakira’s voice sometimes reaches its peak, seeming like it could bend and crack, but it doesn’t – resulting in an inner growl, rough and compelling.”

The evening before, Shakira appeared on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” to discuss her new album and much more.

During the show, she accused her ex-boyfriend Gerard Piqué of “dragging her down,” discussing why it took so long to create her new album.

“I was writing songs here and there, but it was very difficult for me to put all the work together,” Shakira said. “It was because of my husband. Now I’m without a husband. Yes, my husband was dragging me down. Now I’m free. Now I can really work.”

Shakira appeared on the show to promote her new album “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran.”

«Я писала песни тут и там, но мне было очень сложно собрать всю работу», — сказала Шакира. «Это было из-за мужа. Теперь я без мужа. Да, муж меня тянул вниз. Теперь я свободна. Теперь я действительно могу работать».

Шакира появилась на шоу для продвижения своего нового альбома Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran.
