The superstar had a blast over the weekend. The Latin singer posted a sizzling video showcasing her glamorous look for the party.

The 54-year-old Jennifer Lopez once again confirmed her status as a style icon. The artist wore a sleeveless cream-colored dress that elegantly accentuated her stunning figure and happily posed for the camera before heading out for her «mom’s night out.» In the new video, J.Lo particularly highlighted the designer stiletto heels and the luxurious leather handbag she paired with the outfit as accessories.

«Mama’s heading to the party,» the star captioned the post.

Her public appearance came shortly after it was reported that the star sold her penthouse in New York City in the elite complex, The Whitman, as reported by The New York Post. The luxurious two-story residence was first listed for sale back in 2017 for $26.95 million.

The final sale price and the identity of the buyer are unknown, although the last asking price was reduced to $24.99 million. The penthouse is located in the NoMad neighborhood, also known as Madison Square North.

J.Lo acquired the luxury property around 10 years ago, in 2014, for $20.1 million, according to reports. In the building itself, which was built 100 years ago in 1924, there are only four apartments, and among the neighbors is Chelsea Clinton. The penthouse occupies a colossal area of 2,000 square meters with an additional open space of 900 square meters, including a rooftop terrace that allows residents to enjoy the picturesque city panorama.

In Jennifer’s former home, there are four bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, as well as a living room and two wine refrigerators. Presumably, the star couple Bennifer is still in search of new real estate, as in March of last year, Lopez and her husband Ben Affleck were looking for a home in New York.
