The famous model, singer, and actress is terrified of blood and medical procedures – due to severe anxiety, she decided to entrust the carrying of her children to surrogate mothers.

«If I end up in a doctor’s office and get an injection, I literally have a panic attack, I can’t breathe… I just knew it would be harmful for the baby and for me, as someone with high anxiety,» Hilton once shared.

Although Paris always said she dreamed of becoming a mother and «feeling the kicks and movements inside her,» she decided not to take the risk. Instead, she bought a fake belly and wore it around the house.

«I wanted to know what it was like to be pregnant, so I bought a fake belly and used it at home. I know it sounds crazy, but I wanted a sense of reality—even in something so small. I felt the weight, placed my hands on my belly, and imagined my future life. I felt truly pregnant! It didn’t matter that no one saw me as pregnant. My fake belly was real and precious to me, and I was completely happy,» Hilton shared in her book «Paris: The Memoir.»
