Bella Hadid has become a star of the 77th Cannes Film Festival, thanks to her outfits, each of which becomes a fashion statement, and sometimes even a political statement.
Over the past 24 hours, the model once again found herself in the spotlight in Cannes. Yesterday afternoon, Bella appeared in two stunning outfits on the beaches of the French Riviera, one of which directly hinted at her support for Palestine.
Strolling along the French Riviera, the supermodel appeared in a delightful pink-and-white patterned Palestinian keffiyeh.
The vintage design by Michael and Hushi was fastened on the chest with narrow fringe-tied boho-style straps. The skirt consisted of asymmetrical layers: some in bright stripes, others in broken checks, with delicate white fringe along the edges.
Although the first look was hard to surpass, during the day, Hadid emerged from the luxurious Hotel Martinez in an ensemble epitomizing effortless French glamour. This time, she opted for a monochrome white color with an open back and asymmetric short sleeves. The garment’s elastic fabric hugged Hadid’s body before flowing into gentle waves at the skirt.
She complemented the outfit with white strappy high-heeled shoes, a powder-blue Jacquemus shoulder bag, elongated black sunglasses, and gold accessories, including large rectangular Aureum plate earrings.
In the evening, the supermodel appeared on the red carpet of the Palais des Festivals in an incredible black dress from Atelier Versace Spring/Summer 2001.
The rhombus-shaped bodice was made of transparent black multi-layered silk tulle, which tightly hugged Hadid at the waist.
The floor-length skirt, adorned with vertical stripes consisting of alternating bands embellished with black sequins and beads, hung from her hips.
