Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman will once again star together in the sequel to the 1998 film ‘Practical Magic’.

Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman will once again co-star in the sequel to the 1998 film “Practical Magic.” Warner Bros. Studios has announced that the continuation of the film is in development. As reported by EW, Bullock and Kidman are currently in negotiations to reprise their roles as the witch sisters Sally and Gillian Owens.

The actresses will also serve as producers on the film alongside producer Denise Di Novi, with a screenplay by Akiva Goldsman.

Bullock and Kidman starred in the film “Practical Magic,” based on the novel of the same name by author Alice Hoffman. They portrayed the two witches, Sally and Gillian, raised by their eccentric aunts after the death of their parents.

Details of the sequel’s plot are currently unknown, but Hoffman has written several books in this series. The most recent one, titled “Magic Lessons: A Prequel,” was published in 2021 and featured three generations of Owens women, as well as a long-lost brother.
