Buzu was a stray dog living on one of the busiest streets in Romania. His daily routine consisted of performing a few tricks, hoping that someone would notice him and take him home. Unfortunately, his attempts always failed, as people seemed too busy to even notice his presence.

However, Buzu never gave up. Every day, while searching for food, he also searched for someone who would want a loyal companion.

Every time Buzu felt that someone might become his new mom or dad, he did his best, spinning around, wagging his tail, barking, and doing other tricks, but sadly, no one noticed him.

One day, someone saw that the little dog was sleeping in the same corner of the street every night. Although this person didn’t adopt him, they gave him a better life by making him a small cardboard house with a pillow inside so he could sleep more comfortably, along with a small bowl for people to offer him food.

Buzu was so happy to have a small street home that he rarely left it, which filled him with even more hope of finding a family.

One day, Buzu sniffed out a woman and began to follow her in hopes that she would notice him. They walked together for a long distance, causing Buzu to be away from his little home for quite a while.

When Buzu returned, sad because the woman hadn’t paid attention to him, his heart broke even more when he realized that someone cruel had stolen his pillow and food bowl.

When Buzu had finally felt that even in his solitude, he could have a home, a heartless person took his only belongings, making him feel abandoned once again.

However, not all was lost for the little dog. One day, someone noticed Buzu, and although they didn’t take him home, they contacted an animal shelter to have him rescued. A few days later, a woman from the shelter found Buzu on the street and approached him to change his life forever.

With a few kind words and some treats, Buzu let her pet him and take him to the shelter, where veterinarians examined his health and found that the lack of proper nutrition had affected his skin and teeth.

After a good bath and a lot of care from the shelter staff and the Howl of a Dog foundation, Buzu was ready and healthy enough to find a family that could give him the love he had always been searching for on the streets.

Finally, life had a second chance in store for this little dog, and that’s how Emma and Buzu’s paths crossed. Emma, a woman from England, found Buzu on the foundation’s website. After reading the story of this brave little dog, she didn’t hesitate and applied for his adoption.

After a long process, the shelter staff approved Buzu’s adoption, and that marked the beginning of his new life, a life filled with love and happiness with people he will always be grateful for.
