Cristiano Ronaldo’s wife, Georgina Rodriguez, has been hospitalized. She shared the news on her microblog.
According to Rodriguez, she spent the last four days in the hospital due to pneumonia.
“I’m feeling better but continuing my recovery at home, surrounded by family,” the model stated, thanking the clinic staff for their care.
It was reported that Rodriguez received treatment in Saudi Arabia’s capital, where she currently lives with Ronaldo and their family. As of 2022, Ronaldo has been playing for the Saudi club Al-Nassr.
Rodriguez and Ronaldo are raising two daughters: six-year-old Alana Martina and one-year-old Bella Esmeralda. Additionally, Ronaldo has a son, Cristiano Jr., born in 2010. In 2017, a surrogate mother gave birth to twins, Eva and Mateo. Rodriguez has previously mentioned that she loves Ronaldo’s children from previous relationships as if they were her own.
In August of this year, Ronaldo publicly referred to Georgina as his wife during a photoshoot for a fitness brand where he discussed his home workout routine. Fans speculated that he might have accidentally revealed a secret wedding.
