Delicious, Juicy, Aromatic Shashlik in a Multicooker

Ingredients:

— 1 kg of meat (veal, pork, chicken fillet, or turkey — your choice)

For the marinade:

— 2 kiwis

— 2 bell peppers

— 4 onions

— salt, pepper, ground coriander – to taste

Preparation:

1. Any shashlik, even if cooked in a multicooker, certainly starts with a marinade. Since this dish is already unusual, we’ll make a fitting marinade. First, peel the kiwis and clean 2 onions. Now, put them together in a blender and blend well (until a smooth sauce forms).

It’s worth noting that kiwi has the property of retaining meat juice inside and also tenderizing it. Thus, our shashlik will just melt in your mouth!

2. Cut the sweet red bell pepper into large half-rings, and slice the remaining onions into rings.

3. Now, wash the meat well and cut it into pieces. Season with salt and pepper, and rub in the ground coriander. Then add the previously made kiwi and onion sauce, along with the chopped bell pepper and onion. Mix everything well and place it in the refrigerator to marinate (for about 2-3 hours).

4. After that, place the marinated meat in the multicooker (along with the marinade) and set it to the «Baking» mode (cooking time – 45 minutes).

And there you have it, juicy, golden shashlik is absolutely ready!

Before serving, you can garnish the dish with fresh chopped herbs!
