Gwyneth Paltrow Calls $60,000 Mattress Her Beauty Secret

Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow recently revealed her beauty secret in an interview with *Air Mail Weekly*. The 52-year-old star shared that she maintains her youthful appearance by sleeping on a mattress costing $60,000 (4.8 million rubles). Paltrow also mentioned that she eats dinner early and goes to bed soon after.

“I start my bedtime routine around 7:30 or 8:00,” the actress explained.

In addition, Paltrow shared that she tapes her mouth shut while sleeping to ensure nose breathing for optimal oxygen intake, and she also uses earplugs.

“I love an evening walk. Or sometimes a glass of red wine—it always helps, even if it’s not the healthiest choice,” she added.

Paltrow was married to musician Chris Martin for over 10 years, during which they had two children: daughter Apple and son Moses. In 2014, they announced their “conscious uncoupling,” finalizing the divorce in 2016.

She later married screenwriter Brad Falchuk, while Martin entered a relationship with actress Dakota Johnson.
