Martin has teased a potential project with Maisie Williams, the actress who captivated audiences as Arya Stark in HBO’s iconic adaptation of *Game of Thrones*.

In a post on his Not a Blog website, Martin shared details about his summer trip to London. However, it was likely the brief mention at the end of the post that excited fans the most.

“We also met Maisie Williams over pizza and pasta and talked… well, no, it’s better not to go into details, I don’t want to tease you. But it could be fun,” the 76-year-old author wrote.

Martin did not provide further details, so it remains unclear whether this mysterious project will be linked to the *Game of Thrones* universe.

Earlier rumors had suggested that Warner Bros. was laying the groundwork for “at least one film” set in George R. R. Martin’s fantastical world.
