Delicious and hearty chicken muffins.

Ingredients (for 10 servings):

— Chicken fillet – 350 g

— Eggs – 2 pcs

— Milk – 250 ml

— Flour – 120 g

— Salt, pepper – to taste

— Cheese – 80 g

— Fresh herbs – 1 bunch

Preparation:

1. Boil the chicken fillet until fully cooked and shred into small pieces.

2. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Whisk until you get a smooth, lump-free mixture.

3. Grate the cheese and mix it in a separate bowl with the shredded chicken and finely chopped fresh herbs. Add 6-7 tablespoons of the batter and mix well.

4. Grease muffin molds with butter.

5. Fill the molds with the chicken mixture, then pour in the batter on top (about 2-2.5 tablespoons per muffin).

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
