Delicious Potatoes with Pork in the Oven

Ingredients:

Potatoes – 700 g

Pork – 600 g

Onion – 1

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Garlic – 2 cloves

Salt

Ground black pepper

Khmeli-suneli (Georgian spice mix)

Dried dill

How to Prepare Potatoes with Pork in the Oven:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes. Cut the pork into similar-sized pieces. Chop the
onion and crush the garlic through a press. Secure one end of the baking bag (tie it or use a special
clip).

Place the potatoes, pork, salt, pepper, khmeli-suneli, dried dill, garlic, carrots, and onion into the bag. Add vegetable oil and mix everything directly in the bag. Tie the bag and place it in the preheated oven at 180°C to bake for 50 minutes.
