Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been unable to settle their legal matters for eight years, but fans are still holding out hope for their reunion, at least on screen. Among these optimists is director Danny Rossner.
Rossner’s previous film successes include the parody *2001: A Space Parody* with Leslie Nielsen and the action movie *Absurd Weapon* with Hulk Hogan. However, he claims to be serious about his proposal and has gathered around six billion rubles to bring Brad and Angelina together on screen.
In an interview with *The Post*, Rossner revealed details about the script for the future film, which he calls the most important project of his life. It’s a love story based on real events, set during World War II.
Pitt was to play Emmanuel Martinez, a hotel owner, and Jolie was cast as his charming mistress and muse, Emma Diguard. “There’s a love scene… It’s also steamy. It’s not obscene, but there are some very explicit love scenes. Martinez had a wife, and he had a mistress,” Rossner said.
By the way, the director doesn’t plan to split the fees evenly between the former spouses. He believes it’s fair for Pitt to receive two-thirds of the amount.
