Strawberry Cheesecake in a Glass: A Recipe Anyone Can Make

A Genius Dessert You Can Prepare in 10 Minutes!

The strawberry season inspires new culinary ideas, so if you’ve always dreamed of making a cheesecake, start with our strawberry version in a glass.

This preparation method is the easiest because you won’t have to bake a biscuit base or cream cheese. This dessert is especially perfect for a summer party: buy beautiful glasses and make individual mini cheesecakes for each guest—they will definitely appreciate it!

Ingredients (for 6 glasses):

80 g of sweet cookies

50 g of softened butter

300 g of strawberries

2 tbsp of powdered sugar

200 g of cream

250 g of low-fat cottage cheese

50 g of sugar

1 packet of vanilla sugar

Preparation Method:

Prepare six glasses.

For the biscuit base, finely crush the butter cookies and melt the butter in a saucepan (or microwave) over low heat. Mix the cookies with the butter. Spread the biscuit base at the bottom of the dessert glasses and press down.

For the strawberry puree, blend the strawberries with powdered sugar in a blender.

For the cream cheese mixture, whip the cream to stiff peaks and mix with the cottage cheese, then add the remaining white sugar and vanilla sugar. Gently pour the cream cheese mixture into the glasses and level with a teaspoon.

Spread the remaining strawberry puree over the cottage cheese mixture and level it out as well. Cut the remaining strawberries in halves and place them on top of the desserts.

Place the glasses with the cheesecakes in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
