43-year-old Kate Middleton voiced a teaser for her fourth Christmas service, “Together at Christmas.” Recently, the first advertisement for the annual concert aired, which will be broadcast on Christmas Eve. Royal fans saw Kate last week when she was joined by her family and dozens of honored guests for the recording of the service at Westminster Abbey.
“Join me this Christmas Eve for a special service to honor all those who have shown love, compassion, and kindness this year,” Kate said off-screen.
Speaking to viewers, the Princess of Wales mentioned her appearance at last year’s Christmas service, noting that she didn’t know what 2024 had in store for her. After Christmas, she underwent abdominal surgery, and doctors informed her that signs of cancer had been detected. After completing her treatment, the royal returned to public duties and has already hosted her fourth “Together at Christmas” service at the historic Westminster Abbey, which will be aired by ITV on Christmas Eve.
Kate was joined by her husband, Prince William, and their three children: 11-year-old Prince George, 9-year-old Princess Charlotte, and 6-year-old Prince Louis. This was the first time the Wales family had been seen together in public since their appearance at the Trooping the Colour parade in June for the King’s birthday. Catherine was also accompanied by her extended family, including her mother Carole, sister Pippa, and brother James. More about Kate’s public appearance with her family can be found in our article.
