The cutlets made with this recipe disappear in half an hour. You must try it!

My mom always made cutlets with her own recipe, which she kept a secret. Recently, she shared it with me, and with her permission, I’m sharing it with you.

Ingredients:

1 carrot.

1 potato.

100 g rice.

1 onion.

1 bunch of green onions.

400-500 g ground meat.

1 egg.

2 garlic cloves.

Spices to taste and salt.

Batter:

2 eggs.

2 tbsp sour cream.

Half a teaspoon of salt.

100 ml milk.

120 g flour.

Preparation:

Grate the carrot and potato. Rinse the rice in cold water and cook it until it is half done. Do not cook it fully, or the cutlets will turn into mush.

In a bowl, mix the ground meat, rice, vegetables, salt, and spices. Stir everything well and add 1 egg to bind the mixture. At the end, add the chopped onion, green onions, and a little garlic.

Now, prepare the batter. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt, and flour.

Form cutlets from the mixture, dip them in the batter, and bake them in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
