Brad Pitt’s girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, has convinced him to resolve his nearly ten-year-long divorce battle with Angelina Jolie, so they can move forward together, Page Six reports, citing a source.

“Ines has had an influence on him, encouraging him to finally make peace,” says the insider. “Ines wants them to live together, perhaps have children in the future, without the burden of the eight-year war with his ex.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were legally declared single in 2019, and only recently signed their divorce papers at the beginning of this week.

However, the endless battle, which stemmed from their French Chateau Miraval winery, is still ongoing.

“Ines has had a positive effect on Brad. She truly has a great outlook on various issues. It’s sad how everything turned out, but this, at least, is progress in the right direction,” the source added.

Earlier, Page Six reported that the actor is “very grateful” to have a strong woman like de Ramon by his side, “who not only supports him but isn’t afraid of the public spotlight or all the legal drama with Brad.”
