The skinny kittens were crying, sitting in the storm drain. To this day, no one knows how they ended up there.

About a month ago, an animal control officer named Michelle received a call from a concerned local resident who had heard kittens crying from a storm drain.

The young woman rushed to search for the animals. Since it was nighttime, the process was more difficult. But after two hours, she managed to locate the kittens and bring them to safety.

The babies were cold and hungry. Michelle immediately fed them and tried to warm them up. She spent the entire night by their side, and by morning, the kittens had perked up and fully recovered from their ordeal.

Michelle bottle-fed the kittens for several days before they were transferred to a shelter where they could find a forever home.

The two kittens, named Georgie and Penny, were deeply bonded. They constantly hugged each other and cried out together for help until they were found.

From the very first day, the kittens had a healthy appetite. They were incredibly friendly and would follow people around the room whenever someone came to feed or play with them.

They would cuddle up to people and jump right into their arms just to be petted.

The kitten sisters were inseparable and never strayed far from each other. They were playful and mischievous.

No one knows exactly how the babies ended up in the storm drain, but they comforted and supported each other until help arrived.

Now, the kittens have found their forever home and are enjoying cuddles from their adoptive parents.
