When journalists asked what seemed like an innocent question — whether he congratulated Alla Pugacheva on her birthday in April and if he keeps in touch with her — the artist’s expression changed abruptly, and he… politely dodged the answer.

Meanwhile, Pugacheva, who has been living in Israel for nearly three years and frequently travels to Cyprus and Latvia (where she visits her longtime friend Laima Vaikule), remains a figure whose name stirs waves even in the most cautious circles. And as it turns out, Kirkorov now prefers to stay away from any such “wave.”

Indeed, after that very scandalous party, Kirkorov not only distanced himself from Ivleeva, but publicly criticized her, calling her a “disgusting rat” for not apologizing to the artists whose reputations were damaged.
