Juicy Chicken Cutlets That Children and Adults Love

These cutlets are loved by my whole family. Children eat them with great pleasure. When guests come, I always choose this dish. Parents later ask for the recipe. The secret is in the proportions.

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet — 1 kg
Fresh pork fat — 350 g
Loaf of bread — 350 g
Egg — 1 piece
Water — 250 g
Salt — 10 g
Garlic — 2 cloves
Black pepper — to taste

How to Cook

Break the loaf into pieces and soak it in water. Use exactly 250 grams of water. The bread should be soft, not liquid. I do not remove the crusts. We will grind everything later.

Cut the chicken fillet and pork fat into small pieces. Grind the fillet, fat, bread, and garlic through a meat grinder. Add the egg, salt, and pepper. Mix the mince thoroughly until smooth.

Form cutlets with wet hands. I prefer even cutlets weighing about 90 grams each. This step is optional and based on preference. From this amount, you get about 22 cutlets.

Fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown. Keep the pan covered while frying. Add a little water and simmer for five minutes. The cutlets become dense and very juicy.
